Committee Positions

All committee members are volunteers and all positions become vacant at the annual general meeting. Nightcliff Swimming Club committee welcomes expressions of interest from those wishing to become a part of our club and committee.

Swim Meets

Every club is expected to supply timekeepers plus officials for every swim meet. No experience is necessary and timekeepers are guaranteed the best seat in the house! Technical official positions include judge of stroke, recorder, starter, and referee - choose something that interests you, and come and help out.

Fundraising

We raise funds at swim meets and at other opportunities, often through a food stall we call the “Dolphin Cafe”, or a Movie night. We rely on parents and children to donate and/or cook food, set up the stall, and clean and pack up at the end of the event. We also appreciate all the help you can give!
