Committee Positions

All committee members are volunteers and all positions become vacant at the annual general meeting. Nightcliff Swimming Club committee welcomes expressions of interest from those wishing to become a part of our club and committee.

Swim meets

Every club is expected to supply timekeepers plus officials for every swim meet. No experience is necessary and timekeepers are guaranteed the best seat in the house! Technical official positions include judge of stroke, recorder, starter, referee - choose something that interests you, and come and help out.

Fundraising

We raise funds at swim meets and at other opportunities (e.g. Seabreeze festival), often through a food stall. We rely on parents and children to cook food, to set up the stall, and to clean and pack up at the end of the event. We also appreciate any offers of donations which parents are able to provide.
